VOICE and CME credits will be available for this meeting. Because of CME regulations, we are unable to advertise the total amount of credits applied for. However, we can say that talks will be available as the normal MVC schedule has been: all day on Saturday and Sunday morning.

Registration

Pre-registration is now open until September 1st. After September 1st, registration fees will increase 10%. Below is a breakdown.
